Cara specializes in maternal mental health, including but not limited to perinatal depression/anxiety, infertility, and pregnancy/infant loss. Cara is certified in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through  Postpartum Support International (PSI).  She also holds certificates through 2020 Mom/PSI and The Postpartum Stress Center. Cara received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Kutztown University and her Master of Science degree in Community Counseling from the University of Scranton.  She has been practicing privately over the past 15 years, and she uses a psychodynamic approach to treatment.
